Orientations

There are a variety of orientations based on the program or time you are studying abroad.  Below are the current orientations:

UNC Asheville Mandatory Summer Orientation (for all students going on outside programs; this does not include faculty-led programs, ie: Northern Italy, Turkey, Ghana, Italy Archeology, Cambridge):  

        Thursday, March 29, 4-6 p.m, HIG 104.

ISEP/UNCEP Mandatory Orientation for Summer 2012, Fall 2012 and AY 2012-13: 

        Saturday, March 31, 2012
         This orientation will be held at NC A&T in Greensboro, NC.
There will be one van available for students to ride to Greensboro.  Space is limited and given on a first come/first served basis.  If you're interested in riding in the van, please contact Diane Royer at droyer@unca.edu

Who: All Fall, Full Academic Year, and Summer Applicants
Date: Saturday, March 31, 2012
Location: Stallings Ballroom in the Student Union Building at NCA&T Campus, Greensboro, NC
Time: 11:00am – 4:30pm
Bring: Print and bring the Orientation Manual: Going Places 2012 (found online)

Parking: Open parking on campus EXCEPT for metered spaces, parking decks, and reserved spots.

*If entering campus through Benbow St, follow it around the campus until you see bright orange cones separating the sides of the street. Just past this is the General Classroom building on your left with a U-shaped parking lot. Turn LEFT into this lot and follow the U around until you reach the main street of campus. Turn RIGHT at the ROTC building. The student union will be ahead on your RIGHT just past the airplane statue. Enter the building and follow signs to Stallings Ballroom.
